Our training philosophy is grounded in a structured approach where athletes are guided through basic skill progressions that gradually build up to advanced techniques, all presented in easily understandable segments. To reinforce these skills, athletes engage in exciting small-sided games, allowing them to integrate new skills into game scenarios and movement components. Flow drills are incorporated to practice multiple skills simultaneously, maximizing the number of contacts athletes have with the ball. Competitions are conducted in a supportive environment, offering athletes the chance to showcase their developing abilities. Finally, tournament play serves as a celebration of each athlete's volleyball journey, highlighting their growth and achievements.
In our program, athletes will develop proficiency in both underhand and overhand serving. The attacking techniques covered include mastering arm swing mechanics, coordinating footwork, and improving jumping form. Athletes will also learn advanced attacking skills such as the jump attack, roll shot, tipping, and executing freeballs.
In passing, the focus will be on refining forearm passing and setting fundamentals. The defensive training will cover basic defensive techniques, digging skills, ball pursuit and recovery, as well as sprawl and roll techniques to enhance overall court coverage and effectiveness.
